Works

My Pictorial work is organized in large series. The CYCLORAMA series was the beginning of this research on scenery and virtual reality. Later I developed the series MIRROR ROOMS, ABYSS, MISLEADING WALLS and lastly ISOLATED LIGHTS.

A-CHROMA

The A-Chroma series is an evolution of the previous Isolated Lights series. With a more sober and monochromatic palette, I delve into the perceptual and spatial through a visual game where color saturation plays a  preponderating role.

ISOLATED LIGHTS

The Isolated Lights series delves into the concept of isolated lights as an allegory of isolation and the power of adaptation, using geometric aesthetics and the influence of light and color on forms.

MISLEADING WALLS

The Misleading Walls series reflects on the boundaries between the depiction of reality and its digitized and symbolic synthesis. It focuses on the subtle and distorted line that separates the different forms of representation around the same idea.

ABYSS

In the Abyss series, a break from the previous linearity is sought through a forced disorientation by breaking pure forms and creating a sense of abyss without apparent orientation.

MIRROR ROOMS

This series explores the dichotomy of the mirror as a reflection of truth or a distorting agent of realities. Through a pseudorealistic aesthetic, it seeks to generate ambiguity by pivoting on the threshold between the abstract and the figurative.

CYCLORAMA

The Cyclorama series is an exploration of contemporary scenography and virtual reality. This pictorial work aims to create luminous and symbolic spaces, generating a sense of pseudo-reality and virtuality reinforced by synthetic painting.
